Privacy Policy

Who this policy covers

Jericho Remodeling is the public brand of Jericho Painting LLC. This policy explains how we handle information provided through this website and when you contact us about a project.

Information we collect and use

This website has a contact form and links to call, text, or email LeeRay. The form collects your name, phone number and/or email address, town or ZIP code, the service you are considering, your project description, optional room photos, and whether you checked the optional text message box. Form requests are stored on our web server and passed to LeeRay through our business messaging tools. When you contact Jericho, we use the information you choose to share to respond, discuss estimates, arrange visits and support your project.

Photos and your choices

Only send photos you have permission to share. Avoid personal documents or details unrelated to the work. Contact jerichoptg@gmail.com to ask about your information, correct it, or request deletion. We may retain records needed for ongoing work, consent and opt-out records, dispute resolution, or applicable obligations.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent records are not sold or shared for unrelated purposes. Service providers that help operate our communications may process information only as needed to deliver and support the messages you agreed to receive.

If you check the optional text message box on our contact form, you opt in to Jericho Remodeling Customer Messages and we may use your number for project-related messages, including appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, service updates, follow-up on your inquiry and a review request after the work is done. When you opt in, we keep a record of the consent wording you saw, the time, and your IP address and browser details as proof of consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to the program's sending number to opt out, or HELP for assistance. You can also call (843) 729-7247 or email jerichoptg@gmail.com. See our SMS Terms and Conditions for details. Clicking a contact link or providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in a recurring text program; only the optional text message box on the contact form does.

Providers, security and retention

Your communication provider and the providers Jericho uses process calls, texts and emails as needed to deliver them. We limit use of the information to handling your request, providing the agreed service and operating our communications. We may disclose information when required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no electronic system can guarantee complete security. We retain information only as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.

Website analytics and your choices

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and clicks on call, text and email links. Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits and processes information such as browser and device details, referral source, pages viewed and approximate location. We do not send contact-link phone numbers, email addresses, message contents or project details to Analytics. A contact-button click does not tell us whether a call connected or a message was sent.

Google Analytics stays off until you select Allow analytics. Select No thanks to decline, or use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Declining does not affect the site or your ability to contact us. Your choice is stored in this browser. We do not enable advertising personalization. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We also use the ChatGPT Ads measurement pixel from OpenAI to see whether our ads in ChatGPT lead to calls, texts or emails. It loads when you visit and may set a cookie. When you tap a call, text or email link or send the contact form, it tells OpenAI that a contact was made, along with the page address, whether you arrived from a ChatGPT ad, and standard browser details such as IP address and device type. It does not send the phone number, email address, message contents or project details. Select No thanks, or change your choice in Cookie settings, to turn it off in this browser. See OpenAI's privacy policy.

Website and external services

The website does not collect online payments. The hosting server may record ordinary request information, including IP address, page requested and time, to operate and secure the site. Google, Instagram and Facebook links open services with their own privacy practices.
